We are known for being uncompromising. Not from rigidity, but from the courage to pursue what is right.

What is right is rarely easy. In fact, it is often risky, inconvenient, and without immediate reward.

Yet, to ask what is right is essential to find the true challenges that must be solved for long-term success and a chance to make a positive difference as a leader.

Our job is to be the uncompromising support you need, to do what is right and to face of the challenges that follow.

Our kind of leader

It can be hard to go against the grain, but sometimes it is required.

Our kind of leader have the willingness to not look good, to stand up for what they believe in and to share who they really are. Our kind of leader have the willingness to be visionary, courageously leap into the unknown, and make the bold decision necessary to realise a better future.

But before anything else, our kind of leader is just willing and if that is all you feel like right now, then that is where we start.

Who we are

MøllerBeck is Jakob + a group is key collaborators. Pernille Vindeløv has served as a leadership coach and as the course manager on The Field Leadership Course since the beginning and Michael Skjøt joins when larger coaching assignments need extra support. We also on occasion collaborate with other familiar consultants particularly, when leadership work is done in conjunction with strategy.

Frankly, we are tired of playing by rules that no longer serve the world. We believe that many leaders feel the same.

If we do not transform how business is done today, everyone continues to pay a high price – from employees, leaders and business check-books to the planet at large.

We love being practical and will strive to participate in daily activities to see things in action, provide feedback and help you tackle challenges as they arise during our engagement.

Our biggest intent is to work ourselves out of a job. Yet, high quality learning requires repetition and time. We won’t be out the door overnight – but you can trust it will be as quickly as possible.

Beyond a strong ambition to support organisations already working on the SDGs, we aim to contribute particularly with goal #8 by fostering more compassionate leadership and goal #17 by supporting partners to collaborate and co-create around the SDGs.
