Not from rigidity, but from the commitment to pursue what is right. What is right is rarely easy. In fact, it can often feel like risk, inconvenience, and without immediate reward.

Yet, we need to ask what is right to identify the challenges that keep us from building organisations where people thrive and deliver break-through results long-term.
