Doing what is right often feels difficult. Yet, we must stay curious about everything that feels difficult and work through it.
Solving the underlying tensions within our organisations – both on a human and on a structural level – is key if we want to build places where people thrive and deliver break-through results long-term.

Everything we do must either support, facilitate or galvanize learning. In play we have a more natural inclination to learn.
Yet, to create a space of serious play requires not only courage and willingness, but also the proper time, tools and guiding ideas.
Frankly, I don’t want to play by rules that doesn’t consider the long-term. I believe many leaders feel the same.
