Programme
As leaders we must learn how to lead real transformation – a process that is less about tools and more about who you are as a leader.
Over one year we facilitate a process beneath the surface of our professional persona to transform how we lead ourselves and to learn the mindsets and skills to create real break-throughs no matter where you lead.
The course has three main outcomes:
As a participant you work with a real strategic project chosen by you.
We help you align expectations with your direct report and ensure that the programme is relevant to your actual work.
It is not essential that you have a project with the same time-line as the programme.
Leadership, projects and transformation is messy and we must learn to address them non-linearly anyway.
Thomas has been a Director for 9 years and a Co-CEO for 5 years. IMPACT Extend is a 1st tier digital marketing agency with 50 employees and is growing at 35% per year. The company is also part of the larger digital commerce agency IMPACT A/S with approximately 400+ employees.
Jakob is overall responsible for the programme and teaches most of the content. He coaches a portion of the participants.
Jakob has worked with leadership development for 13 years as an advisor and coach. The last 7 years his main focus has been on the CEO leadership agenda.
Michael mainly serves as coach to a portion of the participants. He joins selected training days during the programme.
Michael has worked as an executive coach for 18 years, after having served as a senior executive in some of Denmark's largest companies.
Pernille is the course manager with overall responsibility for participant support. Further she serves as a co-facilitator.
Pernille began as a management consultant 10 years ago, and now focuses on coaching female leadership talent within the service industry.
Simon is an expert in yoga and breathing, and has taught internationally and served clients such as Microsoft, Novo Nordisk, FCK the Danish superliga football team and the Danish Naval Special Forces.
Thomas is a visual artist and teacher, and has contributed to award winning architecture projects such as The Silo (COBE) and Streetmekka Viborg (EFFEKT) and worked with clients such as LEGO, By og Havn and Unionkul.
We only offer programmes in collaboration with clients presently.
