Hi, I founded MøllerBeck because …

I’m on a mission to make our work more meaningful – especially in the face of a fast-paced 21st century.

I am passionate about fostering candid conversations, helping people thrive by moving through fear, and enabling groups to create extraordinary performance by building understanding, accountability and choice.

Since 2012 I have lived and worked internationally serving clients across the US and Europe. I have experience with subjects such as cross organisational collaboration, clarification of purpose and values, governance, agile development, culture transformation, co-creation across complex stakeholder landscapes and leadership coaching.

But I’m no expect. I believe that in this day and age of change we are all beginners, and so I always start by asking; What are we here to learn, to move things forward.

To us the mill represents the industriousness and systems of the organisation. It allows us to harness energy and create value.
To us the brook or creek, represents the source of energy. Within an organisation energy comes from people. Without people, nothing is created.

Beyond a strong ambition to support organisations already working on the SDGs, we aim to contribute particularly with goal #8 by fostering more compassionate leadership and goal #17 by supporting partners to collaborate and co-create around the SDGs.
