The Calling Leadership Retreat is a 3,5 day experience for anyone who is ready to explore what is most important in their life and what kind of work they are truly called to pursue.
Follow your bliss
The late professor Joseph Campbell taught us to learn from the great collective myths. Five decades of research led him to state: To live our lives well – we must learn to follow our bliss.
Can you think of anything more important, than to follow the path that is most true to you? A path that makes your heart sing and gives you the courage to conquer the most difficult of challenges.
We believe the world needs more people, who are truly alive at work and at home, and who lead themselves with the courage to do what is right instead of what is easy.
How we start the journey
First we must learn to truly listen. We must learn to notice the inner voice guiding us to courageously go left when everyone else leans right.
Our participants share amazing stories of transformation. Piercing clarity about work. Relationships with life-partners taking new positive turns. Finding ease with difficult business decisions, setting healthier boundaries, starting new companies, and simply forming a deep and compassionate relationships with themselves.

Möllan Retreat is approximately a 4 hour drive from Copenhagen.

- Regular (as a business): 7.750 DKK, excl. VAT
- Non-business: 5.550 DKK, incl. VAT
- Early bird non-business: 4.950 DKK, incl. VAT
We distinguish between business and non-business tickets. Our work is normally done in a business only context, but The Calling Leadership Retreat is relevant for everyone, and we want to make it as accessible as possible.
