The Calling Retreat is a 3,5 day journey for anyone who feel ready to explore, shift gear, and start to focus on what is truely most important.
Follow your bliss
The late Joseph Campbell tought us to learn from our collective and pancultural myths. He studied stories from around the world revealing our shared humanity and inner realms. After five decades of work he eventually said; that we must learn to follow our bliss.
In the end, the only way to live a good and meaningful life is to walk the path that makes your heart sing. A path that will feel right, though it may be very challenging and dark at times.
We cannot think of anything more important, than learning how to follow our bliss. We believe the world needs more people, who are truly alive at work and at home, and lead themselves with courage to do what is right instead what is easy.
Have the courage to listen
To start the journey we must learn to truly listen. We must learn to notice the inner voice that guides us to go left when everyone else leans right.
We must build the courage to take the risks that may seem unreasonable now and to open our hearts despite being hurt. We must cultivate the courage to do, what we know is right, instead of what is easy.
Our participants share amazing stories of transformation. Piercing clarity about what role to play at work. Relationships with life-partners taking new positive turns. Finding ease with difficult business decisions, setting healthier boundaries, starting new companies, and simply forming deep and more compassionate relationships with themselves.
Is it hard? Yes and no. Same as with any other adventure. Chances are that you will feel challenged, but like any good workout, real strength does not come for free.
Thankfully, when we start to truly listen and become guided by calling, we are granted immense clarity and courage. So whatever you are faced with now, it will become easier once you make the leap.

Participants
Unlike The Field Leadership Course – which is a 9 month educational course for experienced leaders – The Calling Retreat is open to everyone and has more accessible prices, for several reasons.
First. Your willingness to listen to calling, is not defined by age and is not dependent on experience, sex, or any other denominator. It is about allowing yourself to be ready.
In our opinion, we need a world full of people who follow their calling. People who truly feel alive and have the courage to do important things. And this is our part in making it happen.
Second. We find that people with different ages and paths in life, can be helpful to one-another. E.g. the leap of a young person to do what is right, instead of what is easy might inspire an experienced leader reaching the end of a big career just as the artist may infuse the classic executive with newfound courage.
Third and most importantly. We want you to bring a friend, life-partner or close colleague to share the experience with. And we don’t want you to be limited by having an employer pay for a second ticket.
Though it isn’t required, it is amazing to be witnessed by a person you feel close to, and it is great to have someone to reflect with once you get back home.
So, don’t worry about what your work is, or where you are at in life. If you feel ready for an adventure, then you are the perfect participant for this retreat.

Möllan Retreat is approximately a 4 hour drive from Copenhagen.
Prices
- Regular (as a business): 9.500 DKK, excl. VAT
- Non-business: 6.500 DKK, incl. VAT
- Early bird non-business: 4.950 DKK, incl. VAT
We distinguish between business and non-business tickets. Our work is normally done in a business only context, but The Calling Retreat is relevant for everyone, and we want to make it as accessible as possible.
If you want to join with colleagues, we offer group discounts for more than two people. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll find a good price for you.
