Talks
I love giving talks with precision, clarity, and intentional formats fit for live events.
If you’re looking for genuine and future-focused inspiration, I’m happy to tailor a talk to your leadership conference or meeting.
These are my own favourite talks:
TALK
The courage to be real
A personal story of crisis and the choice to be real, that will spark new and honest conversations in your organisation, leadership group or boardroom.
We need to be real, because everyone holds a perspective. But, to get people to share it requires authentic leadership. And many leaders forget this, when they navigate strategy execution, transformation or ongoing challenges such as missed deadlines and unproductive meetings.
In this talk I tell the story of how I was stabbed in my early 20s while traveling in Costa Rica, went through 10 years of deep crisis and transformation, and discovered the power of being authentic and real.
How can we be real enough to learn from the unexpected and the failures we face at work?
During 60 inspiring minutes I will bring 5 ideas that immediately shift the conversation and invite a renewed realness from each leader.
TALK
The execution advantage
“The execution advantage” challenges old assumptions and highlights what is missing when strategies fail. Companies often spend too much time on the WHAT and too little on the HOW – especially in complexity.
Many leaders forget that strategy is inherently uncertain, and that no amount of planning and control will ensure success. Instead, we must learn to navigate and master the art of transformational leadership.
So how do we execute when the path is not clear?
In this talk, I introduce strategy as a leadership field that enables leaders to work with uncertainty rather than fight it – through shared intent, boundaries, and vision – leading to real results.
